Could someone help me with these problems? WIN XP SP2/Laptop/Office

I know Bruce....that's why I posted my question in Outlook Express group!

What happens when you try to print an *Outlook Express* e-mail? If you get

Can you print anything? Have you tried File | Print as well as using the
toolbar icon?
