Default Lost Folder

Outlook Express 6

On using "empty Deleted items folder" outlook has lost one of my other
folders and all its sub folders.

I have not compacted

How can I recover the messages from within the delete folder

in C:\documents and settings\JimBunton\Local Settings\Application
Data\Identities\{4e32 . . .}Microsoft\Outlook Express

I can see a set of .dbx files with the names of the lost folders and of a
size which suggests that they contain the lost messages.

I have tried Import but this will not work - it complains that the data I
wish to expract is from an application which is runninh - ie my outlook
express!
