Outlook Express Says I Have Mail?
I hear the sound, the email icon in the tray comes up, but there's
nothing in my inbox. I don't understand whats going on. Using XP with OE6.

Have you checked other folders? Blocked Senders, or a Message Rule that

Outlook Express Says I Have Mail?
You get the new mail notification any time OE downloads any messages.
