Hello,
We are talking about OE 6.00. The strange thing is that on all my WAB files, even on my external F: Hard disk, all the old adresses are no longer visible. So by copying these files I cannot solve the problem. Can it be a virus? I work with MacAfee virus scan which is automatically updated and it did no signal any problem. "Michael Santovec" wrote: By "Outlook" do you mean Outlook Express (OE) which is part of Internet Explorer or Outlook97/98/2000+ which is part of Office? And which version? (If you don't know, in your mail program select Help, About.) If you mean Outlook Express, take a look at: OL98: (IMO) WAB Entries No Longer Available After Outlook Setup http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=192080 The Windows Address Book (WAB) http://www.insideoe.com/files/wab.htm -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "dialocom.karel" wrote in message news ![]() I suddenly lost all the adresses in my OUtlook-adresbook, except the 5 last I recieved. How does it come and can I get them back? |
