Please post the error message in its entirety. You can Left click on it to

My email still isn't working. It receives email but I can't send. It
places the email into the outbox and gives me the error message "The

Server: 'smtp.mail.wowway.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E" I have checked with the IP
and everything on the server is OK. I have tryed several things that Bruce
Hagan suggested, nothing has helped. I don't know what to do.

This is a completely different error message, and not keeping things in one
thread, and in order, make it much more difficult to follow.

Have you /completely/ removed Norton using Add/Remove Programs /and/ the
appropriate removal tool afterwards? If not, do that next and replace Norton
with Avast, installing it as posted in one of these threads.

If you still have problems, contact your ISP's tech support and insist on
speaking to a lever 2 technician.
