The IE page opens up with the URL in the address bar, but the page is
totally blank Hi Joy, I do not have an answer to your query. It seems you are getting the same response when trying to open a .swf file from the internet or the ones received via email. This would make me think you have a problem with your flash viewer program as pointed out by PA Bear. I am not sure where to you should go to for help, perhaps someone else can suggest.
