Can't find dbx files...why?
Any thoughts on this...was at a mate's XP pc yesterday..we looked for dbx
files on his hard drive via Start/Search/All files and folders.../*.dbx. ....whilst this found some old dbx files...the current ones it didn't reveal. He only has one hard drive - drive C so first looked there then looked in My Computer to be sure, and have Show hidden files and folders tricked in Folder Options. Did eventually find them via Maintenance/Store folder...but intrigued as to why they didn't show in Search? Thanks.
