Default .DBX files wont refresh new file sizes - Help!

Hi, after switching around into some new folders the folder sizes of all
the .dbx files will not refresh to the accurate, current size eg file one
had 50mb and
I have moved the mail into a new folder now both are showing 50mb each even
though
one is empty!!

This is causing a big problem as no the total dbx files are way innaccurate
and too big
to back up.

Ive tried closing and opening OE, refreshing and retsarting XP but old file
size still shows!

Help me!!
