We have a client with two workstations that send messages out to the
recipient repeatedly. The message sends, of course, but never leaves the outbox. We have scanned for viral infections and even archived the 2+GB dbx for the sent items and outbox folders. What are we missing? Could it be time to move up to Outlook 2003 or is this a virus that we have failed to totally remove. It seems that the problem will stop after we "fix" it only to continue a couple of days later. Thanks in advance |
