When moving messages to the folder I want to save in I used to click MOVE
and see all my folders. Now I only see the one overall folder and have to click folder, sub folder, and on until I get to my desired storage location. How can I get the "move to" location to once again show all folders upon opening. Mel |

That folder tree is supposed to be collapsed by default. I have no idea why
it ever worked differently. IMHO, it is easier just to highlight the message(s) and drag them to the other folder. -- Bruce Hagen MS-MVP Outlook Express Imperial Beach, CA "shakey" shakeyATsonic.net wrote in message ... That's normal. Each time you start OE, that tree is collapsed. But
once you expand it, it will stay that way until you restart OE. Other things can cause that tree to expand, such as doing an edit, find message, browse and expanding the tree there. -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "shakey" shakeyATsonic.net wrote in message ... If any of the subfolders has an unread message in it try using option: Automatically display folders with unread messages (in Options, General tab) Consequently if no subfolder has unread messages in it a possible workaround would be to have a dummy subfolder which contains nothing but a message which should never be read.
