Default Rule to delete messages not addressed to my real name:

How can I make a rule that will delete messages sent to my email address
that aren't address to me by my real name. Spammers often send mail to my
correct email address but with a fake name. Since my email address isn't my
real name spammers have no way of knowing what my real name is so this would
be a good way for me to filter messages. Thanks for helping me with this
rule.
Signed,
me

Default Rule to delete messages not addressed to my real name:

Where the To or CC line contains people
Delete it from server

Click on Contains People and add your address
Click Options and change to Does Not Contain

This will also prevent you from receiving friendly BCC mail if you get any.

See these links for other options.
