Default Finding all email associated with a person?

One of my pals had a drive crash and lost a couple of months of his email.
So I'm going to sort my INBOX and SENT mail folder, find his name and send
him those emails.

But where he was not the 1st name in the "TO" field or if he was in the "CC"
field, is there a way to quickly find and gather those emails into a folder?

Thanks in advance.

Bob

Create the new folder.
Tools, Message Rules, Mail tab, New button, Where the To or CC line contains
specific address, Copy to specific folder.
Click on specific address, change to 'pal'.
Click on specific folder, change to new folder. Ok
Highlight new rule, Apply now, point to Sent folder.

Thanks, Ron! Worked slick and easy!! Good instructions!!

Question #2.... Now that I have all that email in one new folder, "PAL",
how can I put it on a CD so that he can transfer to his computer... I see
from his headers than he is using Microsoft Exchange V6.0.6375.0.

See
http://www.insideoe.com/faqs/how.htm#importdbx

He will have to copy the dbx file off the CD and make sure it is not Read
Only.
