I am unable to print the list of addresses from my Address Book...the printer
spits out one name and then prints a second blank page. Also, in my list of addresses, the addresses are shortened so that for example, I only see JohnSmith @ccm....instead of Thanks -- Roger |

Grab the column edge and move it to the right to see the entire address.
Print Address Book: Open the Address Book and go to: File | Export | Other Address Book. Click on: Text File (comma separated value). Click: Export | Browse | Select a folder | Name and Save. Click Next. At this point you can check what information you want saved. Finish per instructions. You can copy & paste the addresses into your word processing program. I use Word Perfect and create columns prior to pasting to save space. -- Bruce Hagen MS-MVP Outlook Express Imperial Beach, CA "rogeepete" wrote in message ...
