I am using OE 6 under XP SP2.
I have just tried using the Contact List to send emails instead of using Tools/Address Book. Should have done that years ago. One peculiarity puzzles me. No matter which contact I select, the text portion of the message gets double spaced. (If I use my old method of creating mail via Tools/Address Book, the text is single spaced.) I found I could fix that for individual contacts one at a time by changing the format from HTML to Plain text. Is there a way to make all contacts Plain Text all a once without doing it for each one? Is it normal for the text to be HTML when using the Contact List? Thank you. |

Why not simply send mail via Create Mail button and click on To: and select recipients from the address book? |

Whether or not your default for new messages is plain text or HTML is
controlled by Tools, Options, Send, Mail format. -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "Jack Gillis" wrote in message ... I am using OE 6 under XP SP2.
