Default making Outlook Express my email

In my tools & options in IE it shows Outlook Express as my email, but when I
try to send an email it says its trying to connect to my ISP coppermail.net.
How do I change to Outlook Express?? Thanks,JJ

Make OE the default e-mail client:

I am sorry, but I am having a bit of difficulty understanding your problem.
What application is trying to connect to 'coppermail.net'? If you are in MS
Outlook Express, it has to connect to a mail server of some kind. If you
are not in MSOE when trying to send email, just what application are you
in?
