Default Task Bar At Top for Outlook Express showing Send, Receive, Address

I just restored my coputer, and when I go to Outlook Express now the entire
top taskbar is missing. Where reply, forward, send, etc. was is just nothing
- How can I get it back without restoring the whole computer? Don't know
what happened to it - Please, if you know asap - Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your reply. I couldn't find a menu bar to right click in Outlook
Express, however, I got it figured out and now it is fine . Thanks anyway.
