Hi:
I've been using both XP and Vista at work and home, both, because of the work. I love Outlook Express, mainly because of concealmen of e-mail addresses and also some of my folks prefer NOT show his/her e-mail addresses in his/her e-mail. Since I love XP more than Vista, then most of time I e-mail through Outlook Express. However, in my haste, I sometime end up using 'Window Mail' in Vista. Wonder whether there is a way to change to 'Outlook Express' from Window Mail? Or, is there any good program which is VERY identical, at least similar to Outlook Express? Thanks for your help in advance. |

Are you asking about hiding, or munging, your address when you send, or
using BCC to hide addresses from multiple recipients? The later you can do with either OE or WinMail. As far as hiding your own address when sending, you would never get in my Inbox. A blank From field is a no-no for any recipient with an ounce of sense. You can use BCC with either program. You say you normally use Outlook Express, but sometimes in your haste, you use Windows Mail. That must be a very hasty and non-lucid moment since you can't have WinMail on XP and you can't have OE on Vista. -- Bruce Hagen MS-MVP Outlook Express Imperial Beach, CA "crocus68" wrote in message ...
