Errors
I cannot sent or receive messages. My Server: SMTP.aol.com. errors: No
Socket Error 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E. (What is Port 25, if my Port for IMAP is 119). Could help to solve this problem? Jesus

How to configure an AOL e-mail account in Outlook Express
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=883081 Although some SMTP mail servers use port 25, it is the wrong port for AOL's SMTP. 119 is also the wrong port for IMAP. 119 is for a news server.
