oe slow to load SOME of the time...
....90% of the time OE takes about a minute to load fully. i get the folder
panels on the left immediately, but the header list and preview windows can take forever. running xp sp2. eset smart security. 10% of the time everything opens instantly. both scenarios happen with nothing else running.
