missing mails
hi
we have WINDOWS XP PR with SP2 ,IE7,OE6.we have 2 problems 1) sometime when user open outlook express he wil not able to see all mails but if he close & start OE 6 again all mails show . 2)when this user reply to some rich text mail & try to change colour of new or existing text in mail it do not change .if user create new mail then colour get changed I copy his mailbox folder to other laptop but problem remains. cam somebody help me solved this problem thanks pankaj
