I have two contacts whose emails are being sent direct to the deleted folder
each time. How do i change settings so they are sent to the inbox instead as I want? Thanks -- LPB

Remove them from Blocked Senders.

I did find one of these in my blocked list although I cannot think how. I
should know after another try tommorow if it worked. Thanks for your reply. If you have a lot of addresses in Blocked Senders, you can easily find them
this way. Find and remove a Blocked Sender address: OE | Tools | Message Rules | Blocked Senders List | Highlight the first address on the list | Click: Modify | Type in address you want to remove. Prompt: "This address already exists, are you sure you want to replace it?" Click Yes. The address will now be at the top of the list. Remove it. Note that the address that was at the top of the Blocked Senders list may also be removed. You might want to copy it down in case you need to re-enter it.
