accounts not showing in tools drop menu
I'm using OE6 and Windows XP SP2. Accounts is not shown in the tools drop
menu. I've read the previous posts and carried out the check on the registry, also tried a new account, all to no avail. This seems to have occurred recently, and the only change I have made is to allow updates. I'm reluctant to go to SP3 until this is sorted as I want to get all backups done first. Any suggestions?
