I have Windows XP SP2 with Outlook Express. Recently, when sending my
e-mails I get a window that comes up saying "! MSI must be launched thru Setup" and then immediately another window that says "CIB Please wait while Windows configures CIB." I have no idea what either of these is. After a little experimenting I found that just closing the windows with those messages about 5 or 6 times (because they pop right back up again that many times) finally eliminates them and it seems my e-mails gets sent normally after that. Does anyone know what these windows mean, and what can I do to get rid of the problem? Other than that, my Outlook Express seems to work fine, as it always did before this started. Thanks. -- "A government big enough to give you everything you want, is big enough to take away everything you have." Thomas Jefferson |
