I see your email provider is charter.net
According to Help at their website, both your outgoing and incoming mail settings to use their severs are "mail.charter.net". What are your settings? Open outlook express, choose Tools, on it's menu choose Accounts. Internet Accounts dialog window should display, select mail tab, then select your account, choose Properties. Your Account Properties dialog window should display, select Servers tab. Sever Information should be.....
