Michael
Thanks for the quick reply. I have followed the extraction info on the link you provided which matches the info I get when follow link from the error message I get. The Props General Tab (after I saved the file to desktop) does not have an unblock option so cant accesss the file, any other ideas. The Pico support people just do not reply to my messages. Not sure if anyone can help here as the backup software I used says cant recover a compressed (zipped) folder on an external drive. I used Pico backup to create a OE6 backup file but the software will not recover it. Had no joy from thier support people at all. Windows XP gives me a message when try to extract the files saying has blocked access to these files to help protect your computer. I have followed the guidance on the link Why were these files blocked but does not seem to work. Not sure if this is right place for this question. |

If you don't have the Unblock option, then maybe it's not XP that is
blocking the file, but something else, such as your anti-virus software. -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "Marcus" wrote in message ...
