hi all
I have set up a new e-mail account for my wife as she has joined facebook and needs a seperate e-mail address. Although i have tested it and you can send e-mails from her address to my account, when i try sendinf mail to her account she does not receive it. I have also tried sending e-mails to and from a yahoo account and the same problem occurs. The messages can be sent from her account but not to it. Any help greatly appreciated thanks.I am using outlook express 6. |

Did you go to your Internet Service Provider and setup a new email address?
Is the password for her account the same as your password? Is this a pop account? -- Ronald Sommer "trickytree" wrote in message ... hi all I have set up a new e-mail account for my wife as she has joined facebook and needs a seperate e-mail address. Did you just make up a new e-mail address on your own? It has to be approved
by your ISP. -- Bruce Hagen MS-MVP Outlook Express Imperial Beach, CA "trickytree" wrote in message ... hi ron I set up the new account through outlook express, but i did use the same password as my account which was provided by ntl and yes this is a pop account. do i need to set up the account through ntl?
