When I click on a hyperlink in an e-mail in Outlook Express it does not open
in Internet Explorer. What do I need to do?

If you are using a Pop-up Ad blocker program, check its documentation to
see if it is blocking the opening of a new web browser and how to
workaround that.

3. Installing the latest Cumulative Patch for IE may solve the problem as a
side-affect. Check in at Windows Update.
