I have sorted it now. First the sub account to setup in My Account with BTYahoo and then setup in OE by using "Add" command. Here is the advice by the Bt "use the primary to login, then goto My Account, then "My Account & Billing". You can add a sub account towards the bottom". Very many thanks for your help. I just looked at your ISP's site and don't see why it does not work. What exactly happens when you try to log in? Any error message? -- Bruce Hagen MS-MVP Outlook Express Imperial Beach, CA "AAH" wrote in message ... Bruce Thanks for your attention. My ISP is British Telecom(BT) and have two mail accounts working OK. I tried to opena third one. The setup details are exactly match of the present accounts using the same password as those of the current accounts. I also log in withe same password without any problem. Infact I use one password for all log ins. I do not have to register my email address with ISP. My primary email address is also my "User's Name" to log into the internet.
