information
My incoming messages will not completely download. All emails are blank.
I am unable to creat an outgoing email type into the message section. Unable to forward any message as I get a message the origunal message has not completed downloading. My ISP insists that it is a Microsft problem. I'm running VirusScan. Any help will be appreciated. -- Thanks
