I have started getting alot more spam then normal.. so i started marking
wanted e-mail to my address book and spam to my blocked senders list. Was working fine for several weeks after I started doing this, but now all of my E-mail goes to my deleted folder under local folders, not just my blocked mail as it was going before. I have looked everywhere (I think) to see if I missed or did something wrong along the way! I have to go into the deleted mail folder now and move my wanted e-mail to the inbox where it used to go on it's own before. -- PennyM LadyGamer |

Sounds like you accidentally added your own address to Blocked Senders, or a
rule that has a similar action. Check those out. -- Bruce Hagen MS-MVP Outlook Express Imperial Beach, CA "PennyM" wrote in message ... Close OE. Start Run Regedit find and delete this key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{GUID}\Software\Micro soft\Outlook Express\5.0\Block Senders (where GUID = long number corresponding to your Identity) You will have to rebuild your Block Senders list afterwards but it should work now. This assumes you're losing Block Senders list for both Mail and News. If not, expand above key and delete only the one giving your problems Regedit Basics http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com/tips/regedit.htm -- ~Robear Dyer (PA Bear) MS MVP-IE, Mail, Security, Windows Desktop Experience - since 2002 AumHa VSOP & Admin http://aumha.net DTS-L http://dts-l.net/ PennyM wrote: Thanks for the tip! I went into the Blocked Senders list and had quite a few of them, but went down the list slowly and did find my full e-mail name and address. That was the only thing I found so hit Remove. The next day when I started getting my e-mail...AGAIN everything went to the Block Senders list. I again went through the list and found nothing that would still cause this problem!!!! I checked my Address Book and everything looks OK! and can not seem to find anything else that is or looks wrong..... if any one has any other ideas they would really be appreciated!! Thanks Again PennyM LadyGamer "Bruce Hagen" wrote in message ... Sounds like you accidentally added your own address to Blocked Senders, or a rule that has a similar action.
