Default How to add a list of emails address into address book?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to add a list of emails address into
address book?
When someone sends me a group email, I would like to add all email address
for this group into my address book rather than click and add each email
address one by one. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do it under
Outlook Express?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Tools | Options | Sent. Check: Automatically put people I reply to in my
address book.

Click Reply All, and close without sending. The addresses will be added. If
you want them in a specific group or folder, that has to be done manually.

Open the list in a spreadsheet program and save it as a CSV (Comma Separated
Values) file. The Windows Address Book can import that.
