![]() I have a problem I hope someone can help me. on one of my computers when i try to go into Outlook Express i get a reply please your username and pass word yet my password is only numbers i tried to use both the number pad on the right and on top of the regular keypad., and i get the same response. It does not corrupt my account with hotmail because i can go into my account in other computers and also on the same computer i can log in directly into hotmail, so it's not a problem with my keypad. I am at a loss on what to do i would greatly appreciate any help THANK YOU TK |

I tried to follow the instructions in the link you gave but I had problems
I'll admit I am not computer savvy.I have frie nd that can probly help me. I jus want get it clear if I explained my problem . What happens is when i get the small box login to hotmail it has my password in there but when I CLICK ON OK the same thing comes back when try to manually enter it the same thing happens.
