Hi all
When attempting to add a new contact to my windows address book, I receive
the following notation, "unknown address". Appreciate any helpful response
solving this problem.

How are you trying to add the contact?

Are you typing it in?

Or are you using the option to add to the address book from an e-mail?
If this is the case, the e-mail address might be bad or missing in the
message. Take a look at the Message Source (Ctrl-F3).
