Default Printing the Address Book in OE as WYSIWYG

I'd like to print out a list of addresses as they appear when I click on the
Address Book. My only option seems to be a "card" form which takes reams of
paper and is unnecessary. Any help?

You can't do it exactly as they appear, but try this. I uses very little
paper.

Print Address Book:

Open the Address Book and go to: FileExportOther Address Book. Click on:
Text File (comma separated value). Click: ExportBrowseSelect a folderName
and Save.Click Next. At this point you can check what information you want
saved. Finish per instructions.

Export the address book as "other address book" Then choose "text file (comma separated value) csv"
Then open this exported file in any spread sheet program and edit the columns to suit and print.

Try exporting the address book as a .csv file, then import the file into
Excel. You may want to do some reformatting in Excel.

To export the address book as a .csv: Start Accessories Address Book
File Export Other Address Book Text File (comma separated values).

Thank you for your prompt replies: I was able to export to Excel where I can
now proof. I couldn't find a way, however, to export just one GROUP from the
WAB, but I guess that's asking too much.

To export a group go to Start | Run and type
wab /new
and save it, giving it the name of the group, keeping the WAB extension.
Now open your group, select one contact and press Ctrl-A to Select All then
Ctrl-C to Copy All.
Go to the new address book, click in the contact area and press Ctrl-V to
Paste All.
YOU CQAN NOW EXPORT A csv FILE FROM THE NEW aDDRESS bOOK.
