Default Odd behavoiur of IE 6

Just curious if anyone has come across the IE screen jumping around while on
the web ?

Machine is squeaky clean BTW.
Only started doing it a couple of days ago and it can be a pain when trying
to fill in boxes on screen. sometimes when I move the mouse to the right
hand side of the screen it goes away, but only till I move the mouse back
over the web page (tried another mouse as well so don't think its that).
