Hello, Don't mind if I get in the discussion. I had the same problem with
incoming emails in duplicate. Nobody could help me, until, by accident" I found out that I had 2 of my emails addresses posted. I deleted one and that did it. Here is how I did it: ToolsAccountsHighlight ONLY one address (and remove the others.)Set as default. This ought to do it. Armand "willy" wrote: Running WindowsXP - Outlook Express6 -Windows Firewall -eSet NOD32 anti virus. I temporarysave incoming attachments such as WAV, PPs etc in a Pictures file for multi scanning prior to opening. If i send a Wav etc from this file, i send two (2) of these same items to the addressee. I've completed your prior recommendations regarding the elimination of scanning the Email send an receive to no avail. Do you have any other possible solutions a Rookie could attempt prior to the second alternative given in previous but same problems listed by other peeps...? thanks willy -- Sometimes you have to push a Slinky downstairs to make it Smile |
