If I send email to 4 addresses or less, it goes. 5 or more, the email goes
into the SENT file, but is not rec'd by any of the addressees. HELP!!! If I try to use Eudora, or any other email client, same problem. |

Call your ISP and find out what their limits are for the number of addresses
allowed for one mass mailing. % seems low, but it is determined by your server and not OE. -- Bruce Hagen MS MVP - Outlook Express ~IB-CA~ "BECU" wrote in message ... In the Address Book move your contacts to the Shared Contacts folder. Then in OE go to File | Identities | Manage Identities and create a new identity. If things work, you can import your old messages. You can use Tools | Accounts to export your accounts to IAF files and then import them into the new identity. -- Frank Saunders, MS-MVP OE/WM Please respond in Newsgroup. If it's only one PC but all mail clients, that suggests some other
software might be interfering, such as an anti-virus program scanning outgoing e-mail or perhaps some Internet Security software. That the message ends up in the Sent Items folder says that OE got confirmation from the SMTP mail server that the message was accepted. In the case of Norton Anti-virus, when it scans outgoing mail it pretends to be the SMTP mail server to OE and tells OE that the message has been accepted before Norton even checks to see if it can talk to the real SMTP mail server. -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "BECU" wrote in message ... Hi - how did you do that? I'm having the same problem with anything over
three recipients, and I use AOL as my ISP. -- Pat "BECU" wrote: Thanks for the suggestion, PROBLEM SOLVED!!!
