Default Same problem

I have don't use Google only BTYahoo and I have removed my anti virus
but it is still happening, also it has only started in the last couple of
days and I can still send to this group. I don't understant

You posted a new post, not a reply, so we can't tell what you're talking

Do NOT turn off your anti-virus. Turn off email scanning in your
anti-virus.

Sorry for that.
My problem is I cannot send email from IE or Outlook
but I can from this groups and this is what I get when I send:-The
message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's e-mail
address. The sender's e-mail address was '.
Subject 'Test', Account: 'BT', Server: 'mail.btinternet.com', Protocol:
SMTP, Server Response: '530 authentication required - Your email could
not be sent. To fix this you must make a simple change to your email
(known as SMTP authentication). For advice visit www.btyahoo.com/smtp or
call 0800 328 9968', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 530, Error
Number: 0x800CCC78

I ohave been able to send before and this problem has only started within
the last and I have don't use Google only BTYahoo and I have turned off
my anti virus

If you would go to this page, as outlined in the error message, there is a
button to click that will make the needed changes for you:
