Pesky MS Messenger won't stay away
I don't want Messenger to open when I open OE (version 6). I went to
msconfig/startup and disabled it, went to Internet properties/manage add-ons and disabled it, but the program runs anyway everytime I open OE. So, how do I stop it from running? I never use this program. Thanks, DG
