Default installation of update

I'm having trouble getting a microsoft update to install on my pc and was
wondering why i have tried numerous times and it fails every time. it is
Security Update for SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 2 (KB954606) any suggestions?

Try the Windows Updates newsgroup, or the one for your Windows version. This
is for Outlook Express.

Well, it's certainly not an issue with Outlook Express. You should post in
the Windows Update newsgroup.
