Left over files from old e-mail accounts

Hi Everyone, I have reason to believe that there are left over files from , deleted old e-mail accounts that I have previously removed from Outlook Express 6, on my WinXP Pro SP3 computer. How can I tell which Outlook Express folders are left overs and not current? I'm asking because a lot of Outlook Express folders, and Identity's are numbered and not named. Thanks.
