Default email account sharing

I am trying to share my email account on both my desk top pc and my lap top. When I open my email on the desk top and receive my email, these do not show up on my email when I open it on my laptop. How do I get this to work so that all my messages show up on both pc's no matter which one I opened? There are also two identities on the laptop and this does the same with this. Both use OE as the email accounts, but do not show the same emails on both identities.

Also, I lost my address book from my laptop for some reason. Is there anyway to get this back?

On both machines: Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced - Check:
leave a copy of messages on the server. On one machine, Check: Delete after
X days. You can now download the same e-mails from both computers.

Do both identities share the same instance of OE? If not and you have to
switch identities you have to use Message Rules to forward from one ID to
the other.

For the Address Book, do a search for *.wab. In Windows XP, 2K & 3K, the OE
user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these
files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show Hidden Files and Folders
under Start | Control Panel | Folder Options | View.
