On a clean OEM OS install, running XP Home SP3, Outlook Express will not
fully open. The hour glass will not finish its routine, keeping the full information from displaying. The account has been setup properly, because it had running when it first was created. The ISP is Suddenlink, a cable company in Texas. The IE has full function capabilities in browseing the web. How can I get OE to open completely? Thank you for your assistance, Steven M Hughins |
