I found my colleagues keeping too much mails in Inbox and Sent Items. I don't
want the system prompts for compress folders automatically, as the job usually collapses their 'Inbox' and 'Sent Items' folders. I prefer to do it manually after backup and move mails from the default one to backup folders. Anyone know how to disable the warning for compressing folders? |
