Our version for msoe.dll is 5.50.4927.1200 (modified date 19/06/2003).
Please can someone confirm which version of Outlook Express this relates to. Thanks

Looks like OE5.5. Running Win2K perhaps? If there is nothing for you at

Yes, see APPLIES TO section of KB951066. This update should be offered to
