Default OE 6 multiple accounts

I have three different email accounts that I use with OE6. I can receive
email from all three accounts on broadband wireless by selecting "any
available ". But, I cannot send from two of the accounts which were
originally dial up and different servers. I have reset these acconts to "any
available also" as well as "never dial" Any suggestions on how to send from
any of the three accounts would be appreciated. I do know to change the From
selection on the email.
