I can save PPS attachments, then open them from inside Microsoft Office Power
Point Viewer. But when I try to open them from OE6, I get the message "This file does not have a program associated with it for peforming this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel." However, the association is there. How do I get OE to recognize it? |

Hi Ancient 1,
The information at the linked page should prove helpful. http://windowsxp.mvps.org/ppsopen.htm After installing Windows XP Service Pack 2, when you open a .PPS file that came as a mail attachment in Outlook Express, you may see the Open / Cancel dialog box. When you select Open, the following error may be displayed: This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action.
