Default can send but not receive

You need to post your problem to the newsgroup. I'm afraid that I'm just a
user-doofus who posted a problem (different from yours) that was
answered/solved in about an hour by a MS MVP (Robear Dyer (PA Bear)).

I just set up my 3rd identity in outlook express 6. I can send from this
identity but none of my test emails are received.
Both of my other identities are able to do both.
I have done the set-up as per instructions and I cross referenced to my
other identities to be sure all settings are the same.
I am running windows xp sp2.
Would outlook notify me when chosing an address, if it is already taken?
Any ideas.

Please reply to as the one I am sending from
does not receive.

Please excuse any duplicate messages, as I am not sure what is going where
and couldn't seem to get the newsgroup to send a message.

Thanks
Jane
