Default Writing emails in doc format

I use Outlook Express for many years.
I compose emails mostly in txt file but sometime I would like to write in
doc format.
How can I bring doc toolbar for writing messages?

Craig

You might be looking for the Format; HTML setting? That will let
you use bold text, underlines, colors, and so on.
If that's not it, you'll have to try to describe what you want
to do more clearly.

Files with a .doc extension are created by Microsoft Word.
