Default How to disable "bubble" prompts?

When the cursor hovers over some objects (buttons, truncated message titles, etc), a bubble appears that shows the purpose of the buttons or the complete title.

How can I disable those bubble pop-ups?

Joe

Are you referring to Tool Tips? Select Tools, Options, Reads, Show Tool Tips
etc. Uncheck the box before to disable the feature.

Hope this helps.

Well, now that you mention it, I thought I am. Thanks. But....

Select Tools, Options, Reads,Show Tool Tips etc.
Uncheck the box before to disable the feature.

It is already unchecked. Hover the cursor over a long message title, one
that does not fit the column, and you should see what I am talking about. I
don't want such "bubbles".

To display the Outlook Express start-up window, which contains links to
primary Outlook Express tasks, as well as a Tip of the Day, click Outlook
Express at the top of the Folders list.
